OUR COMMUNITY BENEFIT PLAN: Valor Health uses many resources in determining community need and the direction for our annual community benefit plan. Using data from the United Way’s Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), Healthy People 20/20, and the County Health Rankings, we better understand the most significant health challenges facing the individuals and families in Gem County. The information, conclusions, and needs identified in these assessments will assist the hospital in:
- Developing health improvement programs for our area
- Improving access to and providing better care
- Defining our operational and strategic plans
- Fulfilling our mission and strategic plan
