Attention Valor Health Patients:

Effective September 1, 2022, Valor Health will resume all copay collection activities. We will also start collecting “good faith payments/deposits” on services for uninsured patients using the Good Faith Payments Collection Guide. For insured patients who are unsure of their copay amount, we will utilize the same guide. These payments will go towards your final bill. For further assistance or to learn more about our available financial options, please contact us at 208-365-3561 and ask to speak to one of our Patient Accounting Representatives.

2022 Promotional Discount for Payment in Full

Valor Health is offering you a One-time Promotional discount to help settle your Self-Pay portion for outstanding account balances at a reduced rate! You can receive a discount if the entire balance is paid in full on any account/service provided on or before the date of 5/31/2022.    

The highlights are listed below for this one-time Promotional Discount: 

  • 50% discount when balances are paid in full by 08/31/2022 
  • 40% discount when balances are paid in full by 09/30/2022 
  • 30% discount when balances are paid in full by 10/31/2022 

This Discount applies to all full “in-house”  balance accounts, including accounts that are already on a payment plan. Accounts that are currently in collections or financed by Epic River are not eligible for the promotional discount.

Accounts that have previously had discounts applied, like in-house Financial Assistance and Prompt Pay, are not eligible for this offer. Any service provided after 05/31/2022 is not eligible for the promotional discount. However, other prompt-pay discounts may apply. Please contact Patient Financial Services if you wish to participate in our one-time promotional discounting or if you have any questions.
