What is Sports Medicine?

Sports Medicine is a branch of medicine that focuses on the treatment and prevention of injuries related to sports and exercise. Our team includes surgeons, nurses, and an athletic trainer, working with a variety of physically active patients, including sports athletes of all ages and the industrial/occupational athlete.

What is an industrial/occupational athlete? These are the hard-working men and women who may need to treat or prevent injury received in their field of work.

In rural Gem County, we see a diverse need when it comes to sports medicine and our expert team is available to take care of your unique needs, whether it’s to get you back in the game or out in the country. We’ve got you covered.
