Valor Health, Emmett Idaho – The Quality and Performance Improvement Department at Valor Health is excited to recognize 2 team members that recently received the Valor Health Customer Service Employee of the Year award. Camille Evans, LMSW, Case Manager and Social Worker, was recognized for her patient-centered, team-oriented and empathetic approach to every patient and visitor at Valor Health. One nomination form stated, “Camille is a blessing to Valor Health. Every day, she is willing to help anyone and everyone. Camille not only handles her tasks as case manager, but she also helps every other department be successful. Camille truly is the well-oiled machine that never quits behind closed doors”.
Staci Rogers, RN, Specialty Medicine and Surgical Clinic, Clinic Manager, also received the award and was recognized for the individualized, kind, and talented care she provides to each patient she encounters. One nomination form shared an example of Staci’s commitment, “Staci shows constant focus for each patient and always asks how to make the patient experience better. One example includes how Staci and her team cared for a patient’s pet and plants during an unplanned hospital visit”. Camille and Staci are well known for always going above and beyond to provide excellent patient experiences every single day.
This is the second year that the Quality and Performance Improvement Department has celebrated a week-long recognition of National Healthcare Quality Week. The celebration included daily quality-related activities, a dessert celebration, and concluded with Customer Service Employee Recognition. Sarah Phipps, MSHSA, BSN, RN, Quality and Performance Improvement Manager shared, “One of the highlights of my role is the ability to provide a platform for peers to recognize the team members that demonstrate excellence in customer service. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve this vibrant community and continue to focus on timely, exceptional, and compassionate quality care with team members like Camille and Staci leading the way”.
