Meet Our Pain Specialists

Pain Management

Chancen Hall, DO

Dr. Chancen Hall is a fellowship-trained interventional pain management specialist and anethesiologist.  He earned a B.S. in Biology with Honors from Dixie State University in St. George, Utah in 2013 and graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rocky Vista University in 2018. He subsequently completed an internship and anesthesia residency at the University of Kansas—Wichita, followed by a fellowship in chronic pain management at Penn State University in 2022. In 2023, Dr. Hall joined the Advanced Pain Management center of Oklahoma, providing comprehensive chronic pain care through advanced techniques such as spinal and joint injections, peripheral nerve stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, neurolytic procedures, and sympathetic blocks.

Excited to be back in a rural community, Dr. Hall is originally from a small town in southern Utah.  When he's not practicing medicine, he cherishes time with his wife and kids and serving his community.  He is always on the lookout for a new mountain bike trail or disc golf course.
