I've had nothing but EXELLANT service with Valor Health.. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO NURSE CINDY. When I go in for something to be done, she'll ALWAYS call later that day to check up on me and see how I'm doing.. She's VERY patient with EVERYBODY and tries her best to do what she can for you.. JENNIFER KING IS MY DR, I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER DR. SHE ALWAYS LISTENS TO MY QUESTIONS, MAKE SURE I UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON. I normally see Dr. Ruiz at the Family Medicine office, but on Monday I visited the Urgent Care Clinic for the first time. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the two front desk ladies were welcoming, friendly, and professional. They greeted me with genuine smiles, were knowledgeable, and made the check in process easy. That kind of kindness immediately put me at ease. I usually don’t enjoy going to the doctor’s office, and I know firsthand how much a patient’s experience can be affected by the way they’re greeted. Unfortunately, my experiences at the Family Medicine office have often been the opposite. I frequently feel like the front desk staff are annoyed that patients are there, and it can make an already stressful visit even more uncomfortable. The staff at Urgent Care reminded me how much a warm, positive attitude matters. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and compassion.
