About 1 in 8 women born today in the United States will get breast cancer at some point. The good news is that many women can survive breast cancer if it’s found and treated early. A mammogram – the screening test for breast cancer – can help find breast cancer early when it’s easier to treat. National Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a chance to raise awareness about the importance of early detection of breast cancer. www.healthfinder.gov Time(Sunday) 1:00 am Organizer Valor HealthCommunity Health Relations Department CalendarGoogleCal Valor Health 1202 E. Yet, in Idaho only 30% of women who need mammograms are getting this life-saving screening. That’s why we’ve invested in our Mobile Health Screening Coach that travels to clinics, businesses, schools and community events, providing the same high-quality screening services you get from our certified Breast Care Centers. The goal of breast cancer screening is to reduce deaths from breast cancer by detecting it early, when treatment is more effective and less harmful. Time(Tuesday) 9:00 am LocationValor Health1202 E.
