Kathy Prindle joined Valor Health in April 2016, bringing a unique blend of clinical expertise and corporate finance experience to her role. After a successful career in finance, Kathy was drawn to healthcare by her lifelong desire to help others. She began her journey at the bedside and has since advanced through various nursing leadership roles.

As Executive Director of Clinical Services, Kathy provides executive oversight and strategic guidance for all clinical departments at Valor Health. A seasoned and passionate nurse leader, she is committed to fostering a positive organizational culture, supporting clinical teams, and developing future leaders within the organization.

Kathy’s diverse clinical background includes acute care, orthopedics, obstetrics, emergency services, and case management. Her leadership is shaped by hands-on hospital experience and informed by her business acumen, making her a strong advocate for both quality care and operational excellence.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Kathy began her education with a degree in Biology with a Healthcare Emphasis, followed by a nursing degree, and later earned her Master’s in Nursing Leadership and Education from Northwest Nazarene University. She and her husband, Brandon, have called Idaho home since 1999. Together, they have raised a large, loving family that includes four sons, a daughter, two nieces, and are now enjoying time with their growing number of grandchildren. Kathy finds joy in exploring the Idaho outdoors, especially camping and spending time with family.
