Dear Valued Patient,
Thank you for choosing me as your primary care provider. I have been offered an opportunity to practice medicine in Dannevirke, New Zealand, and together with my family, we have decided to take on this wonderful adventure. We are excited to evaluate our rhythms as a family, to experience something new, and to see the blue fairy penguins. I will practice in New Zealand for six-months, from June through December. After my commitment is complete, I will return home to Emmett and will begin seeing patients at Valor Health Family Medicine on January 23, 2026.
While I am away, Ty Weber, NP, along with our other primary care providers, will be taking care of my patients. I have the utmost faith that our team will do a stellar job taking care of you. Misty Martinez, my wonderful MA, will also be here to help. We ask that you keep your scheduled appointments and continue to contact the clinic, either by phone at (208) 365-6004 or through the patient portal at www.valorhealth.org. Our friendly staff is always available to help and support you in any way.
I am certainly going to miss all of you and this community while we are gone. Thank you so much for helping create an environment where I can take advantage of an opportunity like this and appreciate you for being a part of a community worth coming home to.
