Chancen Hall, DO, Joins Valor Health Specialty Medicine and Surgical Clinic

Valor Health is proud to announce Pain Specialist Chancen Hall, DO, has joined the Specialty Medicine & Surgical Clinic Team. Dr. Hall and his team offer comprehensive outpatient pain management services for a variety of pain-related conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Medication management
  • Physical therapy coordination
  • Behavioral health support
  • Lifestyle and nutritional counseling
  • Epidural steroid injections
  • Nerve blocks
  • Joint injections (knee, hip, shoulder, etc.)
  • Spinal cord stimulation
  • Regenerative therapies (PRP, stem cell)


Dr. Hall is a fellowship-trained interventional pain management specialist and anesthesiologist, with extensive experience in advanced chronic pain management services, including spinal and joint injections, peripheral nerve stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, neurolytic procedures and sympathetic blocks.

“Having grown up in a small town, I’m excited to be back in a rural community, where I can build relationships with the patients I serve,” says Dr. Hall. “Creating those connections is an important part of providing compassionate, whole-person care that helps patients get back to the quality of life they deserve.”
